Happy Birthday Buddha!

FYI: Today is Buddha's birthday. According to Wikipedia Buddha's birthday is
"traditionally celebrated on the eighth day of the fourth month in the Chinese calendar. It is a holiday in Hong Kong, Macau, Taiwan and South Korea. The date varies from year to year in the Western (Gregorian) calendar."
This is ment to be a Cinco De Mayo "SHOUT OUT POST"!? Anyone got a good idea? If history repeats its self those of us in Columbus will...

Happy Cinco De Mayo everyone!

Happy Birthday Curt Hanover, wherever you are... Spreading the teachings of the good Lord no doubt

The Cinco De Mayo at Don Pablos you speak of is a very important day, it was there the founders decided to have a Pig Roast , the seeds were planted on 4-20, after a ribeye induced high, but they blossomed on May 5th.

  1. The birthday of Gautama Buddha. He is the one credited with bring modern budhism to most of Asia. There have been many buddahs. It is the title of one that has reached "nirvana". Everyone should take at least ten seconds today, and do a little meditation. Who amongst us couldn't use a little extra enlightenment. I know I sure could.

  2. Confucius says "On cinco de mayo "true" enlightenment can only be found at the bottom of a margarita."

    How does Don Pablos sound?
