Blogger in draft may allow "scheduled posts"? Not sure if I believe this.. this could have been an April fools joke?
If this hit's the blog on June 10th @ 10:01am... then Ka has a new tool in his birthday post passion.
log into draft.blogger.com and when you should be able to post-date your posts... and have them published at your specified time.
