Lists are Like A-holes

Columbus Ranks Third in "Most Stable Housing Markets".

Anyone can put together a list right? Ranking Cities or States on a model or a certain criteria is imperfect at best. You've always got to consider the variables used and how they're applied.

When these lists say something positive about your home town its hard to disagree. A Forbes.com article ranks Columbus third in "most stable housing markets" behind Seattle, Pittsburgh, and in front of Dallas and St. Louis. (Cincinnati is 6th). That's a rather large economic impact don't ya think?
