I looked at this house last Tuesday. I put a low offer on it. I got it for about 40k less than the original listing in Dec.
I guess that’s what they call a buyer’s market.
The title link will take you to the listing on the web.The pick of the yard is actually the side yard. It’s on a corner. The house is still in the city on 71st and E. Burnside. Burnside divides the city in terms of north and south addresses, so I’m right in the middle.
The reason you can’t see any sky behind the house is that there is a volcano called Mt Tabor in the way(pic). My house is at the yellow "O" in Oregon in the pic.
