What are the asterisks - 3GS only?

  2. I'm upgrading my 3G right now... I'm not sure I've ever really went through a re-install of an operating system on a phone before. So far I've just gotten incremental updates.

I did experience one fubar a few months ago, which forced me to run through the restore process. Every time you sync the phone it creates a back up file which it uses to re-install so never loose your contacts, apps, email settings, bookmarks, .etc.

We'll see how well the upgrade / re-install process goes. Looking forward to folders! Having pages of apps reduced will be nice.

  3. I think your right on the asterisks... the camera in the 3g can't focus at all. Oooo, I know blackberry people will think this is lame... but having one inbox with threaded email conversations will be excellent too!
