Memorial Day Parade.. Get yer walk on!

Wanna walk in the G-Town Memorial Day Parade?

As some of you may have heard, my cousin Seth Gilbert, is going to be named on Wednesday as a candidate for 10th District Court of Appeals.  It is an extrmemly important court as it sits one step below the Ohio Supreme Court and it is the Court that hears all appeals of cases involving state government.  Seth has argued hundreds of cases in front of this court and some in front of the Ohio Supreme Court.  He is uniquely qualified for this position.  There is no single person I believe to more qualified or deserving of wearing a judicial robe.

So here's what I'm asking for - COME WALK IN THE PARADE WITH US!  This is Seth's kick-off event and it would be great to have an army of people to walk in his hometown parade.  It would also mean a lot to me personally as I am his campaign manager.

It's a family friendly event, walk with your kids, friends, spouse, whatever.  We will be meeting at Judge Judi French's house near the parade start (I will forward the address to those who are interested - Lets just say its a block or two from Jimmy's) or you can meet us in the parade line up on Cambridge at 9:15(ish).  Yes, Brad, you will get to throw candy.  Please come, peg kids with Candy and support a worthy candidate.

Let me know if you can join us this Saturday.

  1. That's awesome - my brother used to describe Seth as a "machine" - referring to his running ability. I guess now he's a law machine. Go Judge Gilbert!

First article about Gilbert for Court of Appeals. "He's a bright young man". 'Nuff said.
