Saturday Night: Perfection and UFC

Dont get me wrong, Im a huge Rock Band fan but Ive got a different plan for tonight....

First, the Patriots chase perfection beginning at 8:15. It should be pretty sweet to watch the Pats chase an otherwise meaningless game. I wonder if the 72 Dolphins at least consider them "on the block"... "Dont call me when your in my neighborhood, Dont call me when your on my street, call me when your on my block..."

Second, UFC 79 is tonight. It is a dual headliner and that doesnt even include the BEAST in the picture, Rameau Thierry Sokoudjou, who is also fighting tonight. I remember when this crew used to go gaga over big boxing PPV's, well at least UFC's dont always make you feel jipped... Chuck "the Iceman" Liddell v. Wanderlei "the Axe Murderer" Silva and Matt Hughes v. George St. Pierre for the middle weight title... These will be two giant fights... Starts at 10 pm and wont run past 1 am.... Yes Im becoming a UFC fan... even though I think bare knuckle (or real small gloves) boxing would blow both away... Imagine De La Hoya v. Trinadad with UFC gloves....

Oh yeah, Penn State v. Texas AM is tonight also...

My suggestion: BW's on Lane and High... All the BW's have UFC... and this particular one will have about 30 TV's, a seat where I can see all 3 would be nice... Or we could rally somewhere around 8 for the foosball and head up to BW's around 10...
