So you know me and you know what I do right? Geographic Information Systems (GIS)... something with maps? Take a look at this kinda blurry camera-phone shot from a Washtenaw County Michigan map... we're reviewing these maps and I'm tempted to send this one back with a big (scarlet comment).
Isn't there something about flush twice, it's a long way to Ann Arbor? Is that was is causing the flooding?
