I've posted more honeymoon pics, this time from Florence. We got hooked up with a sweet hotel room with an upstairs loft and a little patio that looked out to the Arno River. We also stole a couple of quick pics of Michelangelo's statue of David... it's inspiring.
Other highlights included the duomo, uffizi gallery, the ponte vecchio, and the boboli gardens where the picture above was taken from. Anyway check em out and comment/tag/note accordingly (yea right)!

ReplyDeleteThanks... the climate in Florence was perfect and the food was great... we ate ice cream at least once everyday. I think Florence was my favorite, Venice was nice but it kinda felt more suited for older tourists... if that makes sense? Venice was more of a sleepy beach town, while Florence seemed a little more active.
