Remember the days of competitive drinking.

There was a time in my life when I was a fast drinker. That time is gone now, but I was reminded of it when I saw this clip. I once put down 9 beers in seven minutes at OU(they all returned with a vengence!) this kid throws back six in ten seconds. There is little chance that there is a full beer in each cup, but he does go quickly.

FYI- When speed drinking, be sure that all of the beers are cold and fresh and of the light variety if possible. Nothing will mess with momentum like a semi-warm Beast Heavy thrown into the mix. (Thanks Harris)

  1. Finally!, something I can relate to. I've been anxiously awaiting a subject I can speak about with a heavy knowledge base. Ofcourse you can't mix warm and cold beer. It's the equivalent of an Alberta Clipper in your stomach. Warm air and cold air(or beer in this case) are forcefully merging together and in essence creating a tornado in your stomach.
So, in reflection, you must either go all cold(preferrably) or all warm.

  2. I must say, I never really thought about the problem of combining warm and cold beers... but that may explain a lot of my puking, what about the whole whiskey before beer, beer before whiskey, hows that work?

  3. Beer before whiskey will hurt. Think of alcohol content as momentum. At the beginning of a journey, you want maximum momentum. The closer you get to your destination the less momentum you need. That is why we don't bong beers at 3am if we started drinking at 3pm.

This is all my opinion of course. If you care to, you can just pour everything into one glass and chug. That should open your mind up to a world where none of this matters.
