Well, I guess everyone is buying houses now. The place is still a little bit messy since I just moved in a week ago, but it's all mine (and the bank's of course)! The title should link to some pictures I posted on Kodak.
It's all about location here in Chicago. I think I did a pretty good job of picking a place. It is on the corner of Lake Shore Drive and Waveland. So, that means I'm hella close to Lake Michigan (sorry it's the only one here) and Wrigley Field! Let me know if you'll be in town at all this summer. I think the Bucks play at Northwestern this year too. Hmmm....
Sweet place Nate, Congratulations! On an ironic side note I was going to email you today to say Kelly and I are going to be in town May 12-14, I'm taking a mock CFA exam. Look out, here comes that email.

This time we need to figure out a way to avoid the train. I thought I'd kill someone last time. Congrats on the place too. It just means the rest of us have to work even harder to get you to move back.
