Joe and I went downtown today to watch them dye the Chicago River green. I haven't seen that many drunk people in the AM since the last Buckeye game I went to!
They say it doesn't hurt anything.... some plummers' secret. Also, they reversed the flow of the Chicago River in the early 1900's, all of the sewage flows to St. Louis instead of Lake Michigan!
It was a good trip. I went from Wooster, to Cleveland, to Toledo, to Chicago. The highlight, or should I say lowlight, was getting hit on by a gay waiter at John's Diner in Cleveland. They don't call Lakewood the "Gold Coast" for nothing. I honestly almost puked right there on the countertop...
Is that healthy?

ReplyDeleteGotta love engineering... Speaking of drunk people, St. Patrick's day is a week a way, is your liver prepared?
