Should have cashed in...$$$

I guess the google adds have been missing for a few days right? Well here's the scoop from google...

"Hello Erick,

It has come to our attention that invalid clicks have been generated on
the Google ads on your site(s). We have therefore disabled your Google
AdSense account. Please understand that this step was taken in an
effort to protect the interest of the AdWords advertisers.

A publisher's site may not have invalid clicks on any ad(s), including
but not limited to clicks generated by a publisher on his own web
pages, clicks generated through the use of robots, automated clicking
tools, or any other deceptive software.

Practices such as these are in violation of the Google AdSense Terms
and Conditions and program polices, which can be viewed at..."

Last I checked we were up to ~ $190, and I never cashed out the account... now taking suggestions for other add generators.

p.s. the trip was great, I'll try to post some pics to flickr and provide more robust coverage.

  1. Those sonsofbitches! They've changed the number on the pig roast page from 4 to 1, maybe it's the same thing? Oh well. This reminds me of the time I got a letter saying someone fraudulently made a donation to the Miami alumni assoc. from me on behalf of Elian Gonzales just to get Fiesta bowl tickets

  2. Glad you had fun Erocka... and we sure did miss you. Sorry to hear about the AdSense thing too... I guess I can unhook my auto clicker now. If anyone's interested, I'm saying 'no' to two offers I have right now, Target and Caterpillar. I'm interviewing for a job with a company that makes weapons for the military this week and the pay and benefits are way better, no shift work either. Giving up a sure thing for a maybe blows ass though. We'll see...

  4. I'm sure you'll be fine... and according to the java counter, you've still got 39 days left before your totally free. Also look at it this way, your two for two... three for three ins't that far off... and blowing things up sounds fun, although you could have a limited internet situation which could limit blogging (always a key consideration when taking a job).
