It's true. 28, almost 30. I've already noticed that things don't work so well and my mind has slowed. But, the reason for this post is, I need some new CDs. While loading all my CDs on my iPod I noticed that my collection was severly outdated. Don't get me wrong, the New Jack City Soundtrack and Spin Doctors are still sweet... I'm just thinking maybe there have been some musical developments in the past few years that I might enjoy. I tried watching MTV and BET but quickly became confused and frightened. Anybody got any recommendations?

I'm Old

Ummm.. didn't G&R just release a new album?
ReplyDeleteEven though it is "illegal", Limewire works pretty well for downloading songs for free. Not sure if you use it or a similar program. Recently I've been downloading Jack Johnson, Coldplay, Gorillaz, System of a Down and Deftones. Then of course there are classics like RHCP, Metallica, Rage, 311 and Sublime. Hope these stir up some ideas.
ReplyDeleteThat new jack city album was sweet, didn't cypress hill have a song on there... wait I'm thinking of Juice. Anyway, I'm a big fan of Tool, Kings of Leon, Franz Ferdinand, Audio Slave, The Libertines, and the Local Ballers! Expect a local ballers pod cast soon (three weeks maybe?)
