Update

Here's a pic of the double decker that was destroyed.

This time line is from the Emergency Service Response team press conference (thanks BBC).
8:51am Moorgate Tube Explosion 7 confirmed dead
8:56am Kings cross Tube Explosion 21 confirmed dead
9:17am Edgware Rd 3 trains, 5 confirmed dead
9:47am Upper Wogans square Bus explosion: fatalities, no numbers.

Police have not received an official claim of responsibility.

  2. Terrorist brutality is amazing. It’s so strange that they can justify this kind of horrible thing in their minds. The war on terror will never end. They’re just too fanatical and terror attacks are too easy.

  4. it's now 6pm at night. The bombs went off 7 hours ago and people are apprently stil ltrapped in tube trains underground. this is horible. everyone i know off seems safe, but that doesn't make me feel any better.

  7. Just got home from work. Andy gald to hear you guys are alright. This has been pretty shocking for us I can't believe what it's like there. Hope you get nothing but good news the rest of the day in regards to friends and family

  8. Any update Andy? I'm guessing it will be a few weeks before any real information is released on how the attacks were carried out or who was involved. What are the local newspapers saying? What are people at work saying?

    It seems clear that terrorist attacks are inevitable... yea we can prevent some, but not all. So how do we change things... is there a solution or is the war on terror going to be "the cold war of our generation."
