What if no one went pro?

Here's a good story from ESPN page2 that theorizes what college basketball would be like if it wasn't just a stopping point for NBA talent. Everyone loves a great 'what if scenario' and there are a ton of them in this story. Check out the description of Akron's line up... (Lebron James and four other guys). I didn't realize Adre Iguodala left Arizona early, and what if Duke still had Luol Deng, UCONN still had Emeka, GT had Chris Bosh, Syracuse had Melo? The way it plays out in the article LBJ takes Akron all the way! Anyway link here.

  1. wouldn't Dwyane Wade still be at Marquette? Or was he there longer than a year? Josh Smith had given a verbal commitment to Indiana before going to on win the dunk contest

  3. Say it isn't so charlie... I don't know why but this year I liked him... last year I thought he was overrated... all they ever said about him was that he considered going into the draft before going to UCONN... he grew up in New York so maybe that's cool. I wonder if the Illinois guards will leave.

  5. You can't forget North Carolina in the late nineties. They would have had Vince Carter, Antwan Jamison, Jerry Stackhouse and Rasheed Wallace together for 2 years.
